Michael Neece for Rock Hill City Council Ward 2
Rock Hill native. Local business owner. Candidate for Ward 2.
Rock Hill is home. I'm running to serve the community that helped shape my life.
Meet Michael
I'm Michael Neece, a Rock Hill native, local business owner, husband, and father. My work in business and public service has shown me how local decisions affect families, neighborhoods, and the people working to build a future here.
I'm running for City Council to bring that experience to the decisions facing Ward 2. I want to hear what is working, what needs attention, and what you expect from your city government.
